Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 /year

What You'll Do

Step into the role of Chef Manager and oversee every facet of our culinary and food service operations—elevating quality, inspiring creativity, and ensuring top-tier performance across the board.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead full culinary and food service operations, including inventory, ordering, and receiving
  • Oversee P&L responsibilities with an eye for contract-managed service operations
  • Develop creative, cost-effective menus that highlight local and sustainable ingredients
  • Maintain rigorous cost controls, purchasing standards, and inventory systems
  • Champion sustainability initiatives across the kitchen and service environment
What We Are Looking For

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong working knowledge of HACCP
  • Minimum 3 years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or a restaurant environment with solid purchasing and inventory control
  • Deep understanding of food and catering trends—quality, production, sanitation, cost control, and exceptional presentation
  • Experience with exposition cooking
  • Familiarity with P&L accountability and contract-managed services
  • ServSafe certification a strong plus
