Responsibilities

• Operate the flat grill station efficiently, cooking a variety of meats, vegetables, and other grilled items to perfection.
• Follow standardized recipes and menu specifications to ensure consistency and quality in every dish.
• Prepare ingredients ahead of time, including chopping, marinating, and portioning foods for optimal service flow.
• Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards throughout all stages of food handling and preparation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal assembly and ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Assist in menu planning by providing input on ingredient availability and preparation techniques.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies at all times.

Skills

• Proven experience in dietary departments or as a dietary aide is highly desirable.
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling safety protocols.
• Experience with menu planning, meal preparation, and fine dining service environments.
• Excellent knife skills and proficiency in food industry standards for cleanliness and safety.
• Knowledge of catering processes and restaurant kitchen operations.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Exceptional teamwork skills combined with a positive attitude toward serving guests.
