We are seeking an AGM that is dedicated to overseeing service standards in the FOH. In-depth knowledge of running beverage programs is a plus. Experience with craft cocktails and strong wine knowledge is preferred.
The ideal candidate will live and breathe hospitality and possess a keen eye for detail. You will assist the general manager to oversee our restaurant's daily operations and lead a dedicated team of employees to ensure an unforgettably positive dining experience for our guests. We are looking for an individual who has the ability to think outside of the box and tackle responsibilities with an overwhelmingly positive and professional yeah, and a good sense of humor. **Responsibilities:**
Oversee daily operations
Aide in interviewing of all FOH positions.
Help set and maintain steps of service from the front door, to the bar, to the servers.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and restaurant efficiency.
Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests, employees and purveyors within the restaurant.
Assist in inventory, ordering, and purchasing of supplies.
Monitor and control expenses to meet budgetary requirements.
Attend P&L meetings with senior managers to ensure budgets are hit.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Manage the performance of team members and provide feedback to promote productivity, a positive energy and self growth.
**Experience:**
Experience in a senior restaurant management role, with a strong background in hospitality management.
Knowledge and experience in all FOH positions of restaurant operations
Experience with Toast POS and Resy reservation management preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Experience with catering and special events.
High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80, $90,000.00 per year
