About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled
Electrical Engineer
to join our team in
Kokomo, IN
. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in electrical design, power systems, and troubleshooting for manufacturing or automotive environments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support equipment, improve processes, and ensure electrical systems operate at optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test electrical components, circuits, and systems.
• Perform electrical load calculations, wiring design, and schematic creation.
• Support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting electrical issues.
• Conduct equipment assessments, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with mechanical, controls, and production engineering teams.
• Ensure all designs comply with NEC, safety standards, and engineering best practices.
• Maintain documentation, electrical drawings, and reporting for projects.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in
  Electrical Engineering
  or related field.
• Hands-on experience in
  industrial electrical systems
  , manufacturing, or automotive.
• Proficiency in tools like
  AutoCAD, Revit, MATLAB, PCB/circuit simulation tools
  (as applicable).
• Strong understanding of
  analog/digital circuits, power distribution, and control systems
  .
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve system-level electrical issues.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with
  PLC systems
  , automation, and instrumentation.
• Knowledge of
  ISO/IEC standards
  and safety protocols.
• Experience in
  automotive manufacturing.
