The Role
This is a
pure outbound, high-upside sales development role
built around a simple, valuable offer: a free, done-for-you Authority Engine growth report. You'll be reaching out to revenue and marketing leaders and inviting them to receive a custom 17-page report that shows where they're leaving attention, demand, and revenue on the table.
There is no hard sell in the initial outreach—your job is to start conversations, qualify interest, and get decision-makers to raise their hand for a free report. If a report you generate leads to a closed Authority Engine contract, you earn
15% recurring commission for the life of the contract
. With an average contract value of

What You'll Do
- p):pt-0 (&>p):mb-2 (&>p):my-0"> Prospect and conduct outbound outreach to ideal buyers—primarily revenue leaders (CROs, VPs of Sales, Heads of Revenue) and marketing leaders (CMOs, VPs of Marketing, Heads of Demand Gen, Agency Owners).
- p):pt-0 (&>p):mb-2 (&>p):my-0"> Offer the free Authority Engine growth report via short, compelling emails, LinkedIn messages, and DMs that get replies, not ignores.
- p):pt-0 (&>p):mb-2 (&>p):my-0"> Qualify interest to ensure basic fit (company stage, marketing maturity, growth goals) and confirm you're speaking with a decision-maker or key influencer.
- p):pt-0 (&>p):mb-2 (&>p):my-0"> Collect light inputs from interested prospects when needed so the team can tailor their report.
- p):pt-0 (&>p):mb-2 (&>p):my-0"> Hand off warm, qualified prospects to the closing team to review the report and explore implementation.
- p):pt-0 (&>p):mb-2 (&>p):my-0"> Maintain clean, accurate tracking of outreach, responses, and deal stages in our CRM or tracking system.
- p):pt-0 (&>p):mb-2 (&>p):my-0"> Collaborate with leadership to continually refine scripts, templates, and outreach angles based on what's performing.

- p):pt-0 (&>p):mb-2 (&>p):my-0"> Show continuous improvement in response rates, qualified handoffs, and closed-deal volume over your first 90 days.
What You Bring

Post-Funding (Evolution of the Role)
Role
Once we close our funding round and scale the team, this role is expected to evolve from pure commission into a more traditional structure:
