Spanish bilingual a HUGE plus
Salary & Total Compensation Monolingual SLPs: $65,000–$82,000.
Bilingual SLPs: $68,000–$85,000.
With performance bonuses + benefits, most SLPs reach a six-figure total compensation package
PLUS a $5,000 sign-on/relocation bonus
Position Highlights:
- Location: Humble, TX (full-time).
- Part of a respected, multi-location pediatric therapy group.
- Caseload: Mild–severe disorders including ASD, developmental delays, syndromes, receptive/expressive delays.
- Ages range from birth through middle school.
- Team-based, collaborative treatment model.
- CCC required, but strong CFs with pediatric clinicals will be considered.
- Flexible scheduling: choose 4 or 5 days/week.
- Must be available two evenings per week for parent-friendly scheduling.

- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Current Texas SLP license (or eligibility).
- Pediatric experience preferred.
