Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction sites. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of construction sites and ensure projects are on schedule.
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and trades.
- Apply for and manage necessary permits.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations by working with municipality permitting offices.
- Maintain job site cleanliness and enforce safety protocols.
- Site inspections on prospective development sites
- Order and track materials for each project.
- Utilize the project management tool to track progress and reporting.
- Attend weekly construction meetings at the company office in Concord, NC.
- Maintain a strict project timeline and hold teams accountable for deadlines.
- Operate independently when required while ensuring effective communication with the team.
- Maintain a clean driving record and be responsible for traveling between job sites.
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction supervision or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
- Familiarity with local permitting processes and construction regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools like
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $75, $90,000.00 per year
