Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients via phone and email to provide exceptional support, resolve inquiries, and enhance overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in data entry, and have experience in call center or customer support environments. You will be working closely with a legal firm that handles big cases. MUST have previous experience.

Duties

Answer inbound claimant calls across all active cases for their legal firm.

Move between different case lines based on assigned skilling and real time needs.

Use the Client's case reference materials to support each interaction.

Handle fluctuating call volume driven by notice events, mail drops, and distribution periods.

Complete required training through recorded sessions stored in the Learning Management System.

Participate in new case training, refresher training, and testing.

Follow schedules that may include phone work, email work, or both depending on workforce management direction.

Provide written responses for email inquiries.

Work within HIPAA, PCI, and SOC 2 compliant processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, call centers, or client support roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and general computer skills.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy for efficient data entry.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus for serving diverse customers effectively.
  • Must have HIPPA knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
  • Strong analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing appropriate solutions. This position offers an engaging work environment where excellent customer service is valued highly. Pay: $ $16.00 per hour
