Project Manager

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in single-family residential construction to oversee and coordinate all phases of home building projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction knowledge, and proficiency with industry-standard project management tools. This role offers an opportunity to lead diverse projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple single-family home construction projects, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Thoroughly Examine Project Drawings, so you know and understand the project in great detail
• Coordinate and lead inspections and commission of day-to-day construction work, to enforce conformity to specifications
• Supervise subcontractors from start to finish and ensures all work is done to Standards
• Maintain and follow construction schedule
• Schedule, communicate and confirm all work and deliveries with subcontractors, consultants and vendors
• Maintain an organized job site
• Review and log inspection reports
• Be punctual and maintain excellent attendance
• Act as an adviser and problem solver on job related issues
• Communicate with project team

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management of single-family residential projects or similar sectors.
• Extensive knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and contract administration.
• Demonstrated ability in project scheduling, coordination, and site management.
• Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and quality control procedures.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and coordinate diverse stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60, $80,000.00 per year
