From operating stitch equipment to supporting workflow, maintenance, and quality control, your work helps ensure that every piece that leaves our Print Services team reflects the care and mission behind it. What You'll Do

• Operate with Excellence:
   Master stitch and ancillary equipment, ensuring each job meets safety, quality, and productivity expectations.
• Support Production Workflow:
   Assist other operators, maintain material flow, process work-in-progress, and package finished goods according to customer specifications.
• Maintain and Troubleshoot Equipment:
   Perform minor repairs, regular upkeep, and quick troubleshooting of machine or material issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure Accuracy and Accountability:
   Track time, productivity, maintenance issues, and quality metrics while maintaining required paperwork and documentation.
• Adapt in a Fast-Paced Environment:
   Work with flexibility across print, finishing, fulfillment, and mailing processes, multitasking effectively and responding to shifting priorities.
• Champion Safety:
   Promote safe operation, movement, and interaction with machinery, materials, and people across the production floor.

What You Bring

• Technical Training & Experience:
   One year of technical training in the print/bindery industry, preferably within a high-volume or fast-paced production environment.
• Mechanical Aptitude:
   Demonstrated dexterity, mechanical ability, and willingness to learn new technical processes.
• Troubleshooting Skills:
   Ability to quickly and effectively diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Computer Proficiency:
   Basic computer skills are needed to manage production and reporting tasks.
• Quality & Detail Focus:
   High attention to detail, strong multitasking capabilities, and a commitment to producing safe, accurate, high-quality work.
• Growth & Collaboration Mindset:
   Willingness to learn, collaborate, and support continuous improvement efforts.
