Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and manufacturing processes. Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on manufacturing equipment, electrical systems, HVAC units, plumbing, and facility infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
• Conduct welding repairs and fabrication as needed to maintain equipment integrity or modify components.
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose problems.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations during all maintenance activities.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to internal requests for repairs or maintenance support across manufacturing or residential settings.
• Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, parts used, and inspections completed to support operational transparency and accountability.

Experience

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance within manufacturing environments or similar industrial settings.
• Strong electrical experience including troubleshooting electrical circuits, wiring, relays, motor controls.
• Mechanical knowledge with skills in welding and the use of hand tools.
• Familiarity with schematics, technical drawings, CMMS software, and diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics accurately in English.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.

Pay: $ $27.50 per hour

Expected hours: 45 – 55 per week
