Senior AI Engineer
with expertise in agentic systems, LLMs, and SLMs to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of next-generation AI applications.
This is a fully remote position within the United States.
This role will focus on designing and implementing custom agentic workflows that enable autonomous reasoning, decision-making, and multi-step execution across internal and external systems. You will play a key role in architecting intelligent agents capable of orchestrating tools, integrating with operational processes, and adapting to real-world environments. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building or deploying agent-based systems, a strong foundation in modern AI pipelines, and the ability to work collaboratively with engineering, operations, and product teams to develop practical, scalable, workflow-driven solutions.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Position duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Algorithm Development: Architect, develop, and implement custom agentic workflows that enable autonomous reasoning, task execution, and decision-making across internal and external systems.
  • Tool and API Integration: Lead efforts in object detection, recognition, and tracking, utilizing state-of-the-art techniques to achieve superior performance.
  • Memory and Context Management: Develop and optimize long-term and short-term memory systems, retrieval strategies, and state management for persistent agent behavior.
  • Model Application and Tuning: Apply, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs, SLMs, and RAGs for task-specific workflows, using frameworks such as LangChain, AWS Bedrock Agents, or equivalent.
  • Performance Optimization: Improve agent reliability, response evaluation, latency, and reasoning accuracy through iterative testing, reinforcement, or structured feedback loops.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate computer vision solutions into products and applications.
  • Testing and Evaluation: Develop and implement testing protocols to evaluate the performance, robustness, and reliability of computer vision models in diverse environments.
  • Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of computer vision models, algorithms, and implementations for knowledge
