Position

We're hiring CDL-A flatbed drivers for Western Regional runs. This position is perfect for dependable drivers who enjoy open-deck freight and want consistent miles, great pay, and the opportunity to see the West while being home every two weeks.

What We Offer

• Home Time: Every 2 weeks
• Freight Type: Flatbed – live load/unload, tarp, and securement required
• Region: Western U.S.
• Shifts: Day and night available
• Equipment: Late-model trucks, well-maintained and assigned
• No Experienced Drivers Welcome

Pay & Benefits

• Weekly Average: $1,400+
• Tarp Pay: $75 per load
• Securement Class Pay: $25 per day (average 8 days per run)
• Stop Pay: $15 per stop
• Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k)
• Consistent freight and reliable miles

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A License
• Trainees and experienced drivers accepted
• Able to tarp and secure loads in all weather
• Clean MVR and safety-first attitude
• Willing to stay out for 2-week OTR runs

Responsibilities

• Operate safely across Western states
• Secure, tarp, and deliver freight on time
• Follow DOT regulations and perform inspections
• Communicate clearly with dispatch
