What You’ll Do As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to multiple VPs in our Cyber Security and Commercial Platform groups. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in supporting senior leadership. You will act as an extension of the Vice President’s office, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to high-profile initiatives. Key Responsibilities Deliver daily administrative support to senior leaders, including scheduling meetings, coordinating on-site events, and managing communications. Oversee intricate executive schedules leveraging Microsoft Outlook, providing feedback and suggestions on various time management techniques. Manage all administrative aspects of meeting setup (A/V equipment, catering), guest logistics, expense reporting, travel arrangements, filing system improvements, and supply ordering. Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and reliable responses. Maintain financial and budget documentation using Excel. Support onboarding of new employees. Coordinate team events and quarterly meetings. What You Bring Experience : 5+ years supporting VP-level executives in a fast-paced, professional environment. Technical Skills : Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel). Familiarity with SAP Concur and Copilot is an asset.
