Oracle Cloud Project Manager

This is a remote position.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Business Process Re-engineering, ERP/Oracle Consulting, Solution Design, Implementation, IT Management, and Shared Services. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing global Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM/SCM implementations and operating effectively within an onshore–offshore delivery model. As a Project Manager, you will serve as both a subject matter expert and an execution leader, driving end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud programs at global, regional, and local levels. You will partner closely with HR, Finance, and IT teams to enable process improvements, streamline operations, and deliver impactful business outcomes. This role involves directly influencing client leadership, managing risks, improving service delivery processes, and contributing to organizational growth through presales, solutioning, and high-quality project execution.

Project Leadership & Delivery

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing of Oracle Cloud ERP/HCM projects.
  
• Ensure proposal creation, estimation, and scope definition are accurate and complete.
  
• Own overall project scope, resource planning, scheduling, team performance, and client satisfaction.
  
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful delivery.
  
• Provide direct project management on select complex or high-visibility initiatives.
  

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as primary liaison with client leadership, managing expectations and escalations effectively.
  
• Assist clients in integrating Oracle Cloud solutions into their business ecosystem using best practices.
