Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or services that meet their needs
• Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement
• Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing
• Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising and stocking practices
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, following proper phone etiquette
• Support inventory management by restocking shelves, organizing stockroom areas, and conducting regular stock checks
• Assist in cashiering duties with accuracy, ensuring smooth checkout experiences for customers
• Promote a positive shopping environment by adhering to store policies and maintaining excellent communication skills

Qualifications

• Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as showing and demonstrating the boats
• Knowledge of boat preferred
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently

Pay: $55, $75,000.00 per year
