Job Summary & Description:
Empowered Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team.
In this role, you will build meaningful relationships that inspire confidence, promote independence, and support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living fulfilling, joyful lives.
As a DSP, you will work one-on-one with each customer to understand their unique needs, support them in achieving their goals, and provide care in a positive, encouraging, and safe environment. Our DSPs serve not only as caregivers but also as mentors, advocates, and trusted companions for the individuals we support.
226: We are seeking a fun, patient, and reliable Direct Support Professional to work with a bright and energetic young customer who loves Sonic the Hedgehog, Lego Star Wars, swimming, visiting the library and park, and playing games on his Switch.
