As we continue to expand our Workato Solutions Practice, we are looking for a driven and technically strong Workato Technical Consultant who thrives in client-facing, problem-solving environments and enjoys building high-impact automations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on technical work and solution-oriented client engagement.
Requirements Key Responsibilities:
Design, build, and deploy end-to-end automation and integration solutions using Workato
Develop integration recipes connecting enterprise applications such as NetSuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday , and other SaaS platforms.
Collaborate with program leadership to shape and evolve enablement playbooks, standards, and operating models, while providing guidance on advanced automation and AI-driven capabilities within the platform.
Build automation bots and workflows integrating Slack and Microsoft Teams
Extend Workato's capabilities using Java, Python, Ruby , JavaScript, AWS Lambda, and custom logic where required
Design and implement API-driven integrations using REST and HTTP connectors
Lead troubleshooting, debugging, root cause analysis, and performance optimization of integrations
Gather and analyze requirements through client workshops and technical discussions
Partner with Business Development and Engineering teams to design scalable and future-ready solutions
Build internal automations to improve operational efficiency across Sales, Marketing, Recruiting, and RevOps
Deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience with strong ownership and accountability
Contribute to internal documentation, best practices, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
4-8 years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, or Post-Sales roles
Hands-on experience implementing integration projects end-to-end
Strong experience with Workato, with MuleSoft and Informatica expertise strongly preferred.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs , JSON , and HTTP-based integrations
1–2 years of coding experience in Java and/or Python
Working knowledge of RDBMS and data modeling concepts
Familiarity with cloud-based enterprise applications (Workday, Salesforce, NetSuite, ServiceNow, Marketo) is highly desirable
Experience with SOAP/XML is a plus
