Project Manager – Commercial Construction

Our partner is a full-service commercial construction firm known for its work across hospitality, retail, interiors, core and shell, residential, and multifamily projects. The team is growing and they're looking for a Project Manager who wants ownership, collaboration, and the opportunity to lead design-forward, fast-moving projects.

What You Will Do:

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

• Build and maintain project budgets, cost reports, and financial documentation

• Develop schedules, track milestones, and oversee day-to-day progress

• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to identify risks and ensure accuracy

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, designers, and subcontractors

• Lead procurement efforts and manage vendor relationships

• Partner closely with field teams and superintendents to maintain quality and momentum

• Support client communication and ensure expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle

What We're Looking For:

• Experience managing commercial construction projects (hospitality, interiors, retail, multifamily)

• Strong blueprint reading and plan interpretation skills

• Solid background in budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination

• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communicator who works well with both field and office teams

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
