Software Developer

Only w2, no C2C OR 1099

The position is based in Waterford, MI 48328, and follows a hybrid work model—2 days onsite per week and 3 days work from home.

We're looking for candidates with:

• Exposure to tools like Python, , , Azure DevOps, or scripting (if applicable)
• Experience aligned with .NET, C#, and ASP.NET

Core Responsibilities

• Support development, testing, and maintenance of web and desktop applications.
• Write clean, maintainable C# and .NET code.
• Assist in debugging, code reviews, and general application lifecycle tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to database, API, and integration tasks.

Must-Have Skills

• Entry-level .NET development (C#, .NET, ASP.NET).
• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• SQL experience (SQL Server, T-SQL).
• Problem-solving and willingness to learn.
• Hybrid availability for onsite work (Waterford, MI – 2 days/week).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Exposure to Python, ,
• Exposure to DevOps tools.
• Exposure to ArcGIS/Spatial data environment.
• Experience with APIs, REST, or integration projects.
• Familiarity with SSIS, SSRS, PL/SQL, AWS/Azure, scripting (PowerShell, Shell)
