Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Endodontist to join our growing team on a part-time basis (1–2 days per week). The ideal candidate is a dedicated professional who provides exceptional endodontic care, communicates effectively with patients and colleagues, and values working collaboratively within a supportive, modern dental group setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for endodontic cases.
  • Provide high-quality endodontic procedures, including root canal therapy, retreatments, and apicoectomies.
  • Utilize advanced imaging and dental technology to ensure precise and comfortable treatment.
  • Collaborate with general dentists across multiple Better Smile locations to coordinate patient care.
  • Educate patients about treatment options, post-procedure care, and long-term oral health maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed, and compliant patient records.
  • Stay current on endodontic techniques, materials, and innovations through continuing education.

Requirements:

  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
  • Completion of a CODA-accredited Endodontic Residency Program.
  • Active and unrestricted New York State dental license.
  • Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
