Heritage of Clara Barton is looking for a cook for our Assisted Living Facility.

Job Description

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstation and equipment.
• Assist with inventory management, including stocking supplies as needed.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar role within the healthcare industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of culinary techniques, food handling, and meal preparation practices is essential.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting.
• A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals that delight residents.
