Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fleet Mechanic located in Dothan, AL. The Fleet Mechanic will be responsible for performing regular maintenance and repairs on company vehicles and heavy equipment to ensure their safe and efficient operation. This includes conducting routine inspections, diagnosing mechanical issues, and executing timely repairs. The role requires adherence to safety protocols and collaboration with team members to ensure the seamless functioning of equipment and prompt resolution of operational challenges.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair of vehicles and heavy equipment
• Experience with Heavy Equipment operation and repair
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and address mechanical issues efficiently
• Ability to work on-site in Dothan, AL and handle physical demands of the role
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures
• Previous experience in vehicle and heavy equipment maintenance is highly preferred
• Basic knowledge of automotive systems and repair tools
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles as needed
