Duties

  • Greet guests with a friendly, energetic attitude, ensuring a positive first impression upon arrival
  • Manage all front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries
  • Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, providing accurate information and assistance
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette while responding promptly to guest requests and internal communications
  • Provide exceptional guest services by addressing needs, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring guest satisfaction
  • Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests swiftly
  • Keep detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and special requests to enhance personalized service
  • Uphold hotel management standards by adhering to policies on guest privacy, safety protocols, and service quality
  • Support multilingual communication to accommodate diverse guests from around the world
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing hospitality best practices and supporting colleagues

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles preferred; previous hotel experience is highly valued
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant plus for engaging with diverse guests effectively
  • Familiarity with front desk operations including reservation systems and multi-line phone systems
  • Knowledge of hotel management software is advantageous but not required; willingness to learn is essential
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster guest relations and team collaboration
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed for resort operations
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism under pressure while delivering outstanding hospitality experiences
