Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in Seymour/Orange area. This role is essential to maintaining the quality, safety, and functionality of our properties. The ideal candidate will be experienced in basic plumbing, basic HVAC, electrical work, painting, and general property upkeep, with a commitment to providing excellent service to tenants by addressing work orders promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• General Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing (e.g., unclogging drains, fixing leaks), electrical repairs (e.g., replacing outlets, fixing light fixtures), and painting.
• Work Order Management: Respond to tenant work orders in a timely manner, troubleshoot issues, and ensure repairs are completed to satisfaction.
• Property Upkeep: Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance needs, including cleaning common areas and ensuring building systems are in working order.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Emergency Repairs: Be available for on-call emergencies as needed
