Overview
As a Data Analyst within our EMEA Supply Chain Operations Technology team, play a pivotal role in delivering impactful reporting solutions that drive operational efficiency and decision making. Collaborate with dynamic teams to craft user stories, deliver insightful data visualisations, and optimize processes with innovative automation. Responsibilities
Develop impactful reporting through effective data sourcing, transformation, and visualization to provide operational insights that drive actionable outcomes. Implement digital process automation in line with Citizen Development guidelines to enhance operational efficiency in Supply Chain Operations. Ensure data quality and compliance across all reporting and optimization initiatives by applying data governance principles. Follow established standards for robust, documented, and supportable solutions with effective change management. Collaborate with teams to develop user stories, assess business goals, risks and expected value. Share processes and technical solutions to support the definition of global standards, enhancing value as One LEGO Team. Promote digital capabilities by educating and empowering teams with digital skills. Support the delivery of digital change within EMEA Supply Chain Operations. Qualifications
Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power BI (incl. DAX), with strong capabilities in complex data transformation beyond visualization Advanced expertise in SQL or Python Experience across a range of data tools and platforms (such as Databricks, Alteryx, Microsoft Power Platform, for flexible data sourcing, transformation, visualization, and automation) Great stakeholder engagement skills to collaborate in an Agile delivery environment Superb communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into non-technical language Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Exceptional attention to detail, consistently working to a high standard with a curiosity to learn An inclusive approach, embracing different ideas, opinions and approaches Experience working within a Supply Chain environment is an advantage Additional information
