Contract & Compensation Contract Type: Permanent, full time Salary: OTE up to £50,000 per annum plus company car! (including £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission) Hours: 44 hours per week; Monday-Friday 08:30‑18:00, Saturday 09:00‑17:00, Sunday 11:00‑15:00 (one day off in the week and weekends on rota basis)
Preston Volkswagen is recruiting for an ambitious and experienced Sales Executive to join our hard‑working and friendly team on site. Specialising in either new car or used car sales, you will work alongside our passionate sales team to provide first‑class customer service and support our customers’ needs.
Responsibilities
Communicate with customers via email, telephone and in person.
Suggest suitable vehicles based on customer needs.
Arrange and accompany customers on test drives.
Negotiate the final price for the sale.
Complete the relevant paperwork for each sale.
Liaise with various departments within the dealership to provide the best service to all customers.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills and self‑motivated attitude.
Ambitious and hard‑working with a focus on meeting targets.
Relevant experience in a similar position or within the motor trade (preferred but not essential).
Full UK driving licence.
