About
Responsibilities
- Develop software roadmaps based on product and technical requirements and business needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams implementing the roadmap from early stage development through launch.
- Lead launch/release activities as it pertains to software features and deliverables.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to identify constraints, dependencies, risks/issues, and to deliver software features.
- Work with teams to set milestones, communicate project statuses, and identify/address potential setbacks.
- Develop best practices and product development processes in a quickly-changing and dynamic environment.
- Evangelize them practices to enable them to scale across different products.
- Coordinate and contribute to engineering deliverables including specifications and test plans.
- Work with user research and dogfooding teams and coordinate user feedback to improve user experience.
- Provide feedback and influence product design and UX.
- Ensure project documents are complete, current and available for staff and leadership review.
- Identify resources needed and work closely with the team leads to maintain full visibility of multiple projects, ensuring resource gaps are addressed efficiently.
- Requires a Master's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related field and 7 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation
- Requires 5 years involving the following:
- Technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web applications or media products
- Working in a technical environment with a broad, cross functional team
- Delivering technical presentations
- Analyzing complex, large-scale data sets and making decisions based on data and Gathering requirements across diverse areas and users, and converting and developing them into a product solution
