Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Accurately input orders into the POS system (Aloha POS or Micros POS) and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain high standards of food handling.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) is preferred; experience with OpenTable is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation is advantageous.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Reopening Nights in a week and seeking servers to stick out with us until we build back up the nights

Shifts start at

2pm-8pm Monday- Thursday and 2-9pm friday and Saturdays

We have multiple candidates and are just trying to fill the missing shifts.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.35 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
