Role Description
This full-time role is for a Sales Representative and is based on-site in Canton, TX. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building relationships with prospective and existing customers, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, providing product demonstrations, and offering post-sale support. The role involves collaborating with other departments to ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tools
- Proficiency in sales techniques, territory management, and negotiation skills
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently on-site
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in sales, particularly in inventory management or related industries, is a plus
- Knowledge of the Commercial, Residential, or Industrial sectors is an advantage
