Job Summary:
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing essential clerical support to our Sales Team on a daily basis. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring efficient coordination and follow-up by our National Sales Executives, ultimately contributing to delivering the best possible customer experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Daily follow-up on sales pending emails and workflows through the sales email inbox.
- Reply to or delegate all incoming emails promptly.
- Check sales voicemail messages daily, responding or delegating tasks as necessary.
- Ensure clients are informed promptly with updated Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for their orders.
- Organize daily tasks, including pulling customer data, for extraction, sorting, and delivery to the Sales Management team.
- Schedule product demos efficiently.Utilizing persuasive techniques to pre-qualify leads and set up sales/demo appointments.
- Utilize scripts to provide comprehensive information about products and services to clients.
- A minimum of 25 connected daily calls, follow up calls with clients and opportunities consistently to maintain engagement.
- Promptly respond to incoming inquiries from potential clients interested in our products or services.
- Seek out and establish strategic relationships within the industry to expand the company's reach.
- Maintain a document tracking checklist for all sales processes, including the demo list, new accounts, and the client opportunity list.
- Keep shared sheets accurate as instructed by the Sales Manager.
- Must actively work on knowing and understanding our products
- Provide the best possible client experience and support as needed.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Administrative Skills: Data Entry and Management: Proficient in entering, updating, and managing sales-related data accurately and efficiently.
- Scheduling and Calendar Management: Skilled in organizing and maintaining the executive's schedule, including setting up meetings, appointments, and reminders.
- Document Preparation: Ability to prepare sales reports, presentations, proposals, and other necessary documents.
- Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive and organized sales records, client files, and transaction details.
- Communication Skills: Clear and Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
- Customer Service Orientation: Providing prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Listening Skills: Ability to listen actively to understand client needs and sales team requirements.
- Familiarity with sales software (i.e., Hubspot) preferred but not required
- Proficient in the use of Google products and apps (i.e., Google sheets, doc, slides and gmail, etc.)
