Role Overview
ACS is looking for a Junior to Mid-Level Sales Executive with 2–4 years of software sales experience to support new business development in the Chicago or Atlanta markets. This role is ideal for a salesperson who understands the fundamentals of SaaS sales and is looking to grow deeper into Salesforce consulting, system integration, and managed services sales.
You will work closely with ACS leadership and delivery teams to learn our offerings, develop pipeline, and run structured, consultative sales cycles with Salesforce customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new Salesforce-related sales opportunities
- Support the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through close
- Sell ACS services including Salesforce implementations, enhancements, automation, integrations, and managed services
- Conduct discovery calls to understand customer goals, challenges, and Salesforce environments
- Collaborate with ACS solution architects and delivery teams to shape proposals and solutions
- Attend client meetings, on-site sessions, and Salesforce-related events
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline tracking, and forecasts
- Continuously build Salesforce product knowledge and industry expertise
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in software or SaaS sales
- Exposure to the Salesforce ecosystem, including:
- Selling Salesforce system integrator or consulting services OR
- Selling Salesforce ISV or OEM SaaS solutions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to learn technical concepts and translate them into business value
- Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable in a growing organization
Location & Travel Requirements
- Must be located within 1 hour driving distance of Chicago, IL or Atlanta, GA
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, workshops, and events
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary + Commission compensation structure
- Commission tied to closed-won revenue and sales performance

Nice to Have
- Experience selling professional services or managed services
- Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
- Experience working with mid-market customers
- Prior experience in a Salesforce partner or SaaS startup environment
