you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the club, restaurant, and bar, ensuring an exceptional guest experience , efficient operations and strong financial performance. You will lead the team, manage budgets, implement marketing strategies, and maintain our reputation as a premium golf and hospitality destination.

Your Role:

• Oversee daily operations of the golf simulators, bar and restaurant, ensuring seamless guest experiences.
• Drive revenue growth through innovative programs and operational efficiency.
• Maintain the highest standards of customer service, food and beverage quality, and facility maintenance.
• Build partnership with vendors ,suppliers and golf brands to enhance offerings
• Develop and execute membership programs
• Plan and oversees the corporate events, golf tournaments and private parties
• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performance team
• Manage the P&L
• Develop and enforce club policies, safety regulations, and SOPs
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic initiatives.

Who You Are:

• Proven leader with 7+ years of operations management experience in luxury hospitality, sports clubs, or similar industries.
• Strong understanding of golf simulator technology and club membership
• Experienced in team management, budgeting, and operational excellence.
• A visionary with a proactive mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of golf or the indoor golf industry is a significant plus.
• Expertise in event planning, VIP experience, and corporate hospitality.
