Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering high-quality dishes in accordance with our restaurant's standards. You'll be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in your station.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.

• Ensure food is prepared in a timely and consistent manner.

• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.

• Assist with prep work and inventory as needed.

• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team.

• Handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail under pressure.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar role preferred.

• Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety practices.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Regularly lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and ability to work standing for extended periods.

• Culinary school training is a plus but not required.
