Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Manager to lead our food service operations with passion and precision. Duties
- Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff supervision
- Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining optimal stock levels using systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to guarantee quality and compliance
- Train, develop, and motivate team members through effective staff training programs and ongoing coaching
- Manage shift schedules, monitor performance, and handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
- Conduct interviewing and hiring processes to build a skilled, dedicated team aligned with company values
- Implement budgeting strategies and monitor financial performance to meet operational goals
Requirements
- Proven management experience within a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with supervising responsibilities
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen management practices
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing and inventory tracking
- Strong background in food service management, including cash handling, food safety protocols, and food production oversight
- Experience in hospitality management with a focus on customer service excellence in casual dining or fine dining settings
- Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, training & development, and staff supervision
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
