About
Responsibilities
- Monitor Analytics solution for Re-review and Data Protection Assessment workflows.
- Re-review and Data Protection Assessment for Developer Operations critical workflow using various systems and tooling.
- Utilize robust data pipeline processes to consolidate, cleanse and store data from various sources.
- to provide a holistic source of truth.
- Build reporting and analytics on top of a consolidated data foundation, through business intelligence tools like Tableau and Uni dash, to enable insights and visibility on daily operations and guide leadership indecision making.
- Utilizing analytics to improve operation quality to deliver best-in-class developer experience and mitigating risk on the Developer Platform.
- Develop sampling approaches in the QA processes, consistent metrics definition and measurement over all of the workflow, and comprehensive reporting suites to unveil insights for actions.
- Utilize operation efficiency analytics to aide in the success of Developer Operations.
- In-depth analytics to identify opportunities in processes and systems, and develop improvement recommendations through analytics and data insights.
- Combine business acumen and technical skills to unveil risks and opportunities, and effective communications with cross-functional partners to drive alignments and implementations.
- Build scalable reporting and analytics solutions for Business Platform Operations and Developer Operations.
- Execute, measure progress, and share results of the key work being done.
- Drive the vision for data across Developer Operations and look to leverage synergy across our parent org (Global Operations).
- Utilize deep product and industry knowledge while serving as a strong cross-functional leader.
- Leverage areas of expertise to improve the effectiveness and quality of Meta's support of developers and users.
- Build cross functional relationships with Operations leaders, Data Scientists, Product Managers and Software Engineers to understand data needs and deliver on those needs.
- Telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. allowed.
- Employer will accept a Master's(or foreign equivalent) degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field and 2 years of work experience in job offered or in a computer-related occupation
- Experience must include 24 months of experience in the following:
- Performing quantitative analysis including data mining on highly complex data sets
- Data querying language: SQL
- Scripting language: Python
- ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
- Relational databases
- Scientific computing and analysis packages including NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, dplyr, and PyCaret
- Statistics and experimentation: Applied A/B testing, time series analysis, stochastic modeling, and survival analysis, in an industry setting
- Machine learning and quantitative analysis techniques: Applied Regression, Classification, Clustering, Decision Tree, Random Forest, Neural Network, pattern recognition, descriptive, inferential statistics, and Support Vector Machine, to business problems
- Data and information visualization technique including Tableau, Unidash, and QlikView
- Communicating the results of analyses to product teams, engineer teams, and leadership teams to influence strategy
