Position: Software Engineer (C/C++ with Kotlin)

Modem/Baseband Development:

Experience in QC modem Software to Develop and debug issues related to LTE, 5G NR, GCF/PTCRB, Various carrier requirements (ATT, VZW, Docomo, Telstra, T-Mobile & etc...)

Telephony Framework/RIL:

Development Experience in Android RIL, Telephony Framework & telphony apps(Phone, Messaging, etc).

Embedded C/C++:

Strong programming skills in C/C++ are crucial for this low-level development.

Network Protocols:

Understanding of networking protocols like LTE, IMS, VOLTE, VONR and 5G NR is required.

Android Internals:

Knowledge of Android's architecture, Android JNI interface, Android Interface Definition Language (AIDL) & HAL interface definition language (HIDL)

Qualcomm Chipset:

Working experience on QC based chipset like snapdragon 6xx, 4xx is a plus.

Miscellaneous:

• Good at quantitative and problem-solving skills, threading concepts, and performance tuning
• Hands-on/working knowledge on debugging ANRs, using different debugging tools and debugging techniques
• Working knowledge/Experience of Agile/Scrum development
• Porting experience across Android versions
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Proficient understanding of tools such as Git, JIRA
• Self-motivated and self-starter with high degree of work ethic
