Clinical Supervisor

Serenity Mountain Recovery Center is expanding and opening a beautiful, new Doylestown location We will be serving adult men and women with substance use disorders in our outpatient treatment center.

We are seeking an experienced, licensed Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical services and support the launch of this growing program. The Clinical Supervisor ensures high-quality, trauma-informed care, provides regular supervision to clinical staff, guides clinical decision-making, and maintains compliance with DDAP, Joint Commission, and ASAM standards. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a supportive, collaborative, start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical supervision and oversight of treatment planning, documentation, and ASAM-aligned level-of-care decisions for applicable staff
  • Lead case conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings
  • Ensure compliance with DDAP, Joint Commission, HIPAA, and 42 CFR Part 2
  • Conduct chart audits and support quality-improvement initiatives
  • Assist with developing workflows, policies and procedures, programming, group curriculum, and start-up processes
  • Maintain small case load
  • Foster a collaborative, trauma-informed, learning-focused culture among staff

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a behavioral health field
  • Active Pennsylvania licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
  • 5+ years clinical supervisory experience; 2+ years in SUD treatment
  • Strong experience with DDAP & Joint Commission standards
  • Expertise with ASAM criteria
  • Start-up program experience and familiarity with Kipu are pluses

Salary from $90K
