About

Your responsibilities will include: Guide business partners, including Global Process Leads, to identify and mitigate business continuity risks across end-to-end business processes to ensure adherence to standard processes. Develop and execute plans to identify and manage risks across global, cross-functional teams to protect overall business performance. Facilitate business readiness for high-risk processes, including current-state process mapping; future-state ("to-be") mapping as Magellan changes are defined; and development of mitigation plans that assess impact and severity. Support the development of contingency plans for residual or unmitigated risks. Support issue resolution, problem solving, and escalation, as appropriate. Work cross-culturally to motivate teams in the development and adoption of global solutions. Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops to support key enterprise priorities. Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or another relevant field. 6+ years of professional finance experience in a large, global organization (e.g., multi-entity and/or multi-currency operations). Demonstrated business process orientation (e.g., documenting current/future state, process mapping, defining KPIs). Hands-on process improvement and Lean/continuous improvement experience with measurable outcomes (e.g., cycle-time reduction, defect reduction, or cost savings). Project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives from planning through delivery. Effective interpersonal, written/verbal communication, and presentation skills for stakeholders at multiple levels. Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of process changes. Ability to travel up to 15%. Master of Business Administration (MBA) or comparable advanced degree. Experience facilitating structured workshops and Kaizen/rapid-improvement events.
