Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor holding LMFT or LCSW licensure to oversee mental health and behavioral health services within our organization. The Clinical Supervisor will lead a team of clinicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care across diverse settings, including outpatient, community, and hospital environments. This role requires a strong background in clinical counseling, crisis intervention, and case management, with a focus on supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, PTSD, Alzheimer's, addiction issues, and other mental health conditions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership in clinical supervision, compliance with HIPAA regulations, and proficiency in medical documentation and EMR systems.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor licensed clinicians and interns to ensure adherence to clinical standards and best practices
  • Oversee patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), applied behavior analysis (ABA), and motivational interviewing
  • Coordinate care plans for clients with complex needs including autism spectrum disorder, Alzheimer's disease, PTSD, addiction recovery, pediatric behavioral health, and crisis management
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical records using EMR systems
  • Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals
  • Lead clinical team meetings to review cases, discuss treatment strategies, and promote professional development
  • Manage case documentation and data collection to monitor treatment progress and outcomes
  • Facilitate community outreach initiatives and home-based care programs when applicable
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and relevant legal requirements
  • Provide leadership in managing clinical workflows while fostering a supportive environment for staff development

Qualifications

  • Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with current licensure in good standing
  • Proven experience in behavioral therapy, child & family counseling, crisis intervention, and social work
  • Demonstrated expertise working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, Alzheimer's disease, PTSD, addiction issues, pediatrics, and mental health conditions
  • Strong supervisory experience with a track record of effective team leadership and case management oversight
  • Familiarity with EMR systems, medical records management, HIPAA compliance, and medical terminology
  • Excellent patient care skills combined with the ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations
  • Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing techniques, and group therapy facilitation
  • Ability to handle crisis situations effectively through crisis management skills
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in data collection and clinical documentation standards
  • Compassionate approach to working with diverse populations including children and adults in community or hospital settings

Pay: Up to $86,371.41 per year
