Schedule & Hours

• Standard Shift: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
• The "Monday Push": Monday is our busiest day. Expect to stay later than 4:00 PM to complete the daily workload.
• Mid-Week Flow: Tuesday through Friday typically sees lighter volumes; associates often finish at or before 4:00 PM.
• Flexibility Required: While we strive for consistency, end times vary based on volume. Availability to stay past 4:00 PM when needed is an essential requirement.

The "Home Department" Model

All associates are hired as General Warehouse Associates. During onboarding, you will be assigned a "Home Department" based on your skills and interest, though you may be utilized on other teams based on volume and need.

Available Roles:

• Dropship Picker: High-movement role (walking 5–10+ miles per shift) using handheld scanners to locate products.
• Dropship Packer: Stationary role focused on speed and precision; involves wrapping, sealing, and labeling orders.
• Dropship Loader: Our most physically demanding role. Continuous heavy lifting (up to 70 lbs.) and loading trailers in varying temperatures.
• LTL Freight Packer: Prepares large, heavy shipments for truckload carriers. Involves building pallets and maneuvering 50–100+ lbs. items (via team lifts).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Logistics & Loading: Receive incoming inventory and load/unload trucks or containers.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and handheld scanning devices.
• Inventory Integrity: Maintain organized work zones and perform cycle counts/audits.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, SOPs, and facility security requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted (up to 70 lbs. for Loaders) repeatedly.
• Stamina: Standing and walking for the entire 8+ hour shift on concrete floors.
• Agility: Frequent bending, reaching, squatting, and climbing.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Communication: Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
• Technical: Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
• Reliability: Consistent transportation and a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility: Must be able to adjust end times based on the daily workload.

Preferred Skills

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or freight/logistics experience.
• Familiarity with Inventory Management Systems (IMS) or RF scanners.
• Forklift certification (or a willingness to be trained).
