Process Engineer – Process Plant Management

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Managing and Overseeing process plants

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer with extensive experience in

managing commissioning, ramp up and operation of a Fluorspar process plants. The

ideal candidate will ensure optimal plant performance, resolve operational issues, and

implement continuous improvement initiatives to maximize efficiency and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of process plants to ensure efficiency and

compliance.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting plant performance.
• Develop and implement process optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to minimize downtime.
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports on plant performance and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and troubleshooting process plants.
• Strong knowledge of process design, optimization, and control systems.
• Proficiency in process simulation and modeling software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale industrial process plants.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to manage projects and lead cross-functional teams.
