We are seeking a talented and experienced Multi-Functional
Systems Engineer with a SECRET CLEARANCE.
The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in System Administration
with a Secret Clearance and will work closely with development teams to create virtualized delivery packages for use in various environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop customized software packages:
   Create automated delivery solutions for new releases and updates in virtual machines.
2. Automate deployment:
   Implement automated processes for deploying 3rd party software, OS, platform, and application security fixes and upgrades.
3. Streamline release processes:
   Optimize release workflows for virtualized environments.
4. Create validation programs:
   Develop programs that validate and process diverse inputs (command line arguments, environmental variables, input streams).
5. Write technical documentation:
   Create clear and concise documentation for procedures and systems.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
   Work with teams to enhance system efficiency and security.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Programming Proficiency:
  Expertise in Java, JavaScript, C++, C#, Perl, Python, PowerShell, VMware PowerCLI, and Shell scripting.
• Operating System Administration:
  Experience with modern operating systems like Windows 11, Windows Server 2016 or higher, and Linux.
• Security Knowledge:
  Understanding of DISA STIG security processes and Windows group policy.
• Networking Fundamentals:
  Proficiency in TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.
• Virtualization Expertise:
  Experience with VMware ESXi/vSphere, VMware Workstation, and Microsoft Hyper-V.
• Networking Hardware Knowledge:
  Experience with Cisco networking hardware or equivalent, including routing and switching concepts.
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:
  Strong ability to troubleshoot and analyze issues.
• Communication and Documentation Abilities:
  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Required (Core) Qualifications:

• Citizenship:
  US Citizenship
• Security Clearance:
  Active Secret (or interim) clearance with the ability to obtain a TS investigation clearance.
• Certification:
  CompTIA Security+ CE certification
• Education:
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
