About the Role

We're seeking an experienced
Senior Java Developer
who excels at building scalable, cloud-native applications using modern frameworks. This role demands hands-on expertise with microservices, API development, and AWS deployment in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong Java development
  background (8+ years preferred)
• Proven expertise in
  Spring Boot
  and
  microservices architecture
• Experience designing and consuming
  RESTful APIs
  with strong focus on performance and security
• Skilled in
  Spring Batch
  for large-scale data processing
• Hands-on experience deploying applications on
  AWS Cloud
• Proficiency in
  CI/CD pipelines
  (Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, etc.)
• Solid knowledge of
  Agile/Scrum
  development practices
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and production support skills
• Strong communication and mentorship abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement
  scalable Java microservices
  using Spring Boot
• Build, consume, and optimize
  RESTful APIs
• Develop
  Spring Batch
  jobs for high-volume data processing
• Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams in an
  Agile/Scrum
  setup
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers
• Deploy and monitor applications in
  AWS
  environments
• Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability following best practices
