We're looking for a
hands-on videographer and social media manager
to bring our vision to life — someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-energy environments and knows how to turn raw moments into viral-ready content.
What You'll Do
Content Creation & Production
- Plan, schedule, and oversee video shoots across HyperHired and affiliated companies.
- Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during shoots (both structured and candid).
- Capture B-roll and secondary footage around the office, team events, and client visits.
- Export, organize, and label footage for the editing team using standardized file structures.
- Assist with directing on-camera talent, setting up shots, and maintaining quality control during production.
Social Media Management
- Develop and execute a consistent posting schedule across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
- Coordinate with leadership to identify storylines, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes moments worth capturing.
- Post and manage daily short-form videos, monitor engagement, and respond to community interactions.
- Track performance metrics (views, reach, engagement) and adjust strategies for growth.
Creative Strategy
- Brainstorm content ideas that highlight company culture, sales success stories, and day-in-the-life footage.
- Brainstorm new ad creatives and manage Post-Andromeda content requirements for Meta.
- Work with our internal creative and editing teams to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
- Stay on top of social trends and new content formats that can amplify brand visibility.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on video production or social media content experience (agency or brand side).
- Skilled in camera operation (Sony, Canon, or Blackmagic preferred), lighting, and basic audio setup.
- Strong eye for framing, composition, and storytelling.
- Proficient with file management, exporting, and working collaboratively with editors.
- Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts algorithms.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable working around high-energy personalities and dynamic office environments.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Experience in content creation for sales, entrepreneurship, or business brands.
- Photography and thumbnail design experience.
- Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut for light edits.
- A knack for capturing "scroll-stopping" moments on the fly.
