Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Human Resources Executive to lead our HR initiatives and drive organizational success. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in human capital management, employment law, and workforce planning. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent communication skills, adept at managing employee relations, talent acquisition, and HRIS systems. The Human Resources Executive will play a vital role in shaping company culture, ensuring compliance, and developing innovative HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies including talent acquisition, employee orientation, performance management, and succession planning.
- Oversee benefits administration, workers' compensation, and compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting investigations, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Lead change management initiatives and organization design projects to support company growth.
- Utilize HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UltiPro, and ADP for data collection, reporting, and HR data management.
- Administer HR sourcing through ATS systems like iCIMS and Lever to attract top talent efficiently.
- Conduct employee evaluations and training & development programs to enhance workforce skills.
- Ensure compliance with employment & labor law including FMLA, affirmative action planning, and OSHA standards.
- Manage payroll processes using systems such as Paychex, Paylocity, Dayforce, or Kronos.
- Collaborate on organizational design and strategic planning to optimize human resources management across departments.
- Lead social media management for employer branding and recruitment efforts.
- Handle contracts, data entry, and administrative tasks related to HR operations with precision.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management or related executive roles within diverse industries.
- Extensive knowledge of human capital management systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft, Ceridian, or Oracle HCM.
- Strong understanding of employment & labor law including FMLA regulations and OSHA standards.
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, training & development, and succession planning.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms like Workday, UltiPro, ADP Workforce Now, Taleo, or Paylocity; experience with ATS systems such as iCIMS or Lever is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strong project management capabilities with a focus on change management initiatives.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high ethical standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related field; advanced certifications are a plus.
