We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chiropractor to join our healthcare team. This role involves assessing and treating patients with various musculoskeletal conditions, utilizing techniques such as trigger point therapy and acute pain management strategies. The Chiropractor will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at improving their overall health and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual health needs and treatment options.
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to each patient's condition.
- Utilize various chiropractic techniques, including trigger point therapy, to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
- Monitor patient progress through regular observation and adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness strategies, and the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Experience
- A Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution is required.
- Valid state chiropractic license is mandatory.
- Experience in occupational health or acute pain management is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy knowledge, physiology knowledge, patient care, patient observation, pain management, and patient assessment is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and team members.
