Position Overview/Job Summary:

The Controller is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing all financial operations for the organization. This position serves as the key financial partner to plant leadership, providing strategic insight, financial oversight, and operational guidance. The Controller manages daily accounting functions, ensures accurate and timely financial reporting, and evaluates manufacturing performance to support cost efficiency and process improvement. This role provides strategic financial guidance to executive leadership, leads the accounting team, manages financial risks, and ensures the integrity of financial operations to support business growth and profitability. This role ensures compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal controls, and company policies while driving continuous improvement across financial and operational processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, deep knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
