Position Summary:
We are hiring multiple Project Managers to support large-scale heavy civil and infrastructure projects across Pomona, San Diego, and Los Angeles. Project Managers will lead all aspects of project delivery, including cost control, scheduling, subcontractor management, and client coordination, while ensuring quality and safety objectives are achieved. These full-time, on-site roles are ideal for construction professionals with experience in transportation, water, wastewater, or structural concrete who are looking to advance their careers on high-profile public works programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of project execution, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Oversee field operations, subcontractor coordination, and project cost control to ensure timely and profitable delivery.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress billings in alignment with contract requirements.
- Drive communication and collaboration between owners, design teams, and field personnel to maintain project alignment.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards on all self-perform and subcontracted work.
- Review project design and constructability, providing input on value engineering and risk mitigation strategies.
- Support preconstruction and estimating teams with quantity takeoffs, scope reviews, and bid support as needed.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent software, tracking milestones and critical path.
- Mentor and support Project Engineers and field staff to foster technical and professional growth.
- Represent the company with professionalism in meetings with clients, public agencies, and partners on high-profile infrastructure programs.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager on heavy civil or public works projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Demonstrated success managing transporation, water/wastewater, or infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience in scheduling and cost/budget management.
- Proficiency with Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, and related project management tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

- Los Angeles, CA – Heavy Civil Division (5–10 years; water/wastewater and utility projects)
- Pomona, CA – Heavy Civil Division (5–10 years; Caltrans and public works experience)
- San Diego, CA – Heavy Civil Division (5–10 years; water/wastewater and utility projects)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $145, $160,000.00 per year
