As we continue to scale, we are seeking a skilled Commercial Roofing Estimator to join our team and play a key role in our growth.

Position Overview

The Commercial Roofing Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate, timely, and competitive estimates for commercial roofing projects. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of commercial roofing systems, and the ability to work closely with sales, project management, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform takeoffs and detailed cost estimates for commercial roofing projects
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Estimate labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and overhead
• Price commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Metal, and Coatings
• Solicit and analyze vendor and subcontractor pricing
• Prepare and submit bids within deadlines
• Assist sales and project managers with value engineering and scope reviews
• Maintain organized records of estimates, proposals, and awarded jobs
• Attend pre-bid meetings, site walks, and internal planning meetings as needed
